Snow Lord

This piece was made for a friend who is currently in love with dragons, and i gave him a winter theme as it is a christmas present.
Her and me both have been playing dragonology and collecting dragon figures and they inspired me to do this piece of work

I tried using the waterbrush tool with this one instead of my usual methods of using the pen tool and etc... it looks ok i guess xD
